This Friday sees the return of our monthly Chess Rapidplay Tournament! Everyone is welcome whatever your age or strength. There will be 5 rounds starting shortly after 7.00 pm so roll up and join us.
Pairings are made using the Swiss system where each round you play on someone who is on the same score as you - so everyone quickly finds their level. Each player has 10 minutes on the clock to play all their moves - if you haven’t played with a clock before, don’t worry, everything will be explained - it’s very straightforward.I
Last month we had 22 players, so let’s see if we can get a few more.
No need to enter beforehand. Just turn up at 7.00 pm at Radcliffe Bay Hall and enjoy the fun!
