A New Club Rating System!

We have a new club rating system! This is purely for fun and is not to be taken too seriously.

If you are not interested that is fine, you can carry on playing friendly games as before. If you want to play a rated game both you and your opponent must agree this beforehand. The game should also use a clock and you can agree whatever time limit you choose with your opponent. After the game you should submit the result to be included in the Rating Spreadsheet.

To start with you will be allocated an estimated rating. If you think this is too high or low, let us know and we can adjust this accordingly.

To give all members a chance to play everyone we will be introducing both a Junior All-play-All tournament and a Club All-play-All tournament. These games will be played with clocks and included in the Rating System.
