Tonight there will be another Junior Blitz Tournament at 6.00 pm (5 minutes) - although no Haribos or chocolate this time! All under 18s are very welcome, just turn up on time. If you are new, don't worry, everything will be explained - or if you prefer to play friendly games that is okay too.
From 7.00 pm we have the monthly Club Rapidplay (10 minutes) - again, everyone is welcome, just turn up.
Both tournaments will be played on the Swiss sytem whereby all players play in all rounds and in each round are paired with another player who is on the same or similar score. This way there are no knockouts and and by the second or third round you should be playing people at a similar level.
It's great fun, so roll up!
