A year ago we had no teams in the league. now we have three!
Tonight our C team travelled to Hanham for their first match of the season. None of us had any idea about how it would go. I couldn’t be there on the night, but Jane kept me informed. On boards 3 and 4 we had very classy performances by SJ and Ibrahim - so good that I’ll put them up on the website very soon (portisheadchess.com/news). Lana was on Board One with Brad on Board Two. I believe it was close at the end but Brad managed to win and PCC scored it’s first 3-1 win of the season@
