So, tonight we have a Junior Blitz at 6pm and the Club Rapidplay at 7pm - both at Redcliffe Bay Hall.
Tomorrow, between 10 and 12 am we have the very popular "Brunch Chess" at Aqua by the Marina. Friendly, social chat with chess, coffee (or whatever) and brunch if you like!
On Monday there is the second episode of "Chess Masters: The Endgame" at 8 pm on BBC2 and iPlayer.
On Tuesday (17th March) the B team travel to take on a Bristol & Clifton team - let's hope for some exciting chess!
On Friday (21st March) both the Junior and Everyone Clubs meet as usual but this time Andrew resumes his series of entertaining and instructional talks. These usually run from 700-7.30 pm and this time round Andrew will introducing the ideas behind some of the major openings and defences. The first in the series will focus on the French Defence (1.e4 e6).
